Join us for an in-person, hands-on workshop focused on Russian manicure techniques, professional scissor work, and creating a clean, thin hard gel application.
The workshop will be approximately 4β5 hours and will include both education and hands-on practice. You will be practicing on your own non-dominant hand, so please arrive with your non-dominant hand completely free of any product.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL KIT IS INCLUDED
Everything you need is provided! Each student will receive a professional kit including:
Scissors β’ Nail Bits β’ Nail File β’ Orange Wood Sticks β’ Dehydrator β’ Base Coat β’ Hard Gel β’ Top Coat β’ Hard Gel Application Brush
You will also receive a Russian Manicure Workbook to use during the workshop and keep as a reference afterward.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- β How to properly perform the Russian manicure technique
- β How to work with scissors and cut the cuticle cleanly and safely

- β How to choose the right scissors for your hand and working technique
- β Proper nail plate preparation before hard gel application
- β How to properly prepare the nail using a dehydrator and base coat
- β How to apply hard gel in a thin, controlled layer without creating bulky or overly thick nails
- β How to achieve a clean, professional finish while maintaining a natural-looking nail structure

ABOUT EDUCATOR
Valeriia Telemaniuk
Valeriia Telemaniuk is an internationally recognized nail artist, educator, competition judge, and award-winning nail professional with over 10 years of experience in the nail industry and more than 5 years of teaching experience.
Her work and expertise have taken her far beyond the salon. Valeriia has competed internationally, earning numerous awards and championship titles. In 2025, she represented Team Ukraine at the OMC World Championship in Paris, where she won 3rd place and a World Championship bronze medal.
She is also a multiple international competition winner, including multiple 1st-place awards and a Grand Prix, and has served as a judge at international nail championships in the U.S. and Europe. Valeriiaβs professional journey has been recognized by the media, with her work and story featured in publications including Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and other U.S. media outlets.
As an educator, her goal goes beyond simply showing you the steps. She focuses on helping nail professionals understand why each technique works, how to choose the right tools, and how to create clean, technically correct results that can be confidently repeated in everyday salon work.
During this workshop, youβll learn directly from Valeriia and experience the techniques, knowledge, and details she has developed throughout more than a decade in the nail industry.
